Join advocate Luca Gattoni-Celli for a discussion on housing reform, affordability, and how local government can make a difference.

Hosted by SodaPOP (Soda City People-Oriented Places) and Palmetto YIMBY.

What we’ll cover:

• How Columbia’s local land-use rules and zoning restrict new housing supply
• Why limited supply drives up rents and home prices across the city
• How local government and organizations can apply practical policy solutions and reforms to lower housing costs

Format: Open, informal discussion and community Q&A led by FREOPP Senior Housing Fellow Luca Gattoni-Celli. All are welcome!

Beverages available for donation on site.
