Watch how the city was transformed in the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder in Minneapolis\, where our filmmakers follow the stories of three community organizers — Jeanelle Austin\, Toshira Garraway\, and Robin Wonsley — as they walk the incredible odyssey of Black Liberation\, healing\, civic engagement\, and personal transformation to seek justice\, accountability\, and community-centered approaches to public safety. \nAshley Tyner is a writer\, filmmaker\, and Special Projects Editor at i-D Magazine\, where she works to create space to amplify marginalized voices in the worlds of art and culture. He is also the recipient of the 2018-2019 Fulbright-National Geographic Digital Storytelling Fellowship\, where he studied the intersection of civil society and technology in post-communist Romania. \nCLICK to watch film trailer.
